Backtagging: Yeah go for it! Just let me know if there's something you want me to hit up - or alternatively if I've dropped a thread you want to continue.
Threadhopping: Just give me and the other person a heads up - sometimes threadhopping can disrupt the conversation flow and other times it's perfectly okay!
Fourthwalling: Breath of Fire IV is a reasonably obscure game so I don't think it's likely. If your character is the type to play everything (especially Capcom properties), hit me up and we can discuss it.
Offensive subjects: Depends on the subject? If you think it's iffy, let me know.

Hugging this character: Sure! He might not super understand, but he'll respond positively.
Kissing this character: Unlikely to come up, run it past me if you want to.
Flirting with this character: He will more than likely not get it, and if he does he'll probably just ignore it. Unless it's a particularly hard hitting one, then he might slightly blush and then ignore it.
Fighting with this character: Sure thing, hit me up. I'm bad at writing fight scenes though and I apologize.
Injuring this character: Give me a heads up, but yes.
Killing this character: If he's pushed to mortal danger, he'll respond in kind. That's an in-depth conversation we should have beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He has some resistance to it due to being half of a god. He's not impossible to read, though.
Anything else: I am sorry for him in general.

Warnings: Not too much in the way of warnings for him, though child death has a chance to come up.
